Responsibilities: Own and drive development, testing and delivery of features in the team. Design core, backend software components that can scale as our product does. Implement web interfaces that work across desktop and mobile. Conduct design and code reviews. Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources. Responsible for resolving, testing any production issues when they arise.

Requirements: Passion for solving the world’s toughest problems, and the smarts to actually solve them. Solid knowledge of software engineering principles. Ability to work in an agile development environment. Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably MySQL. Advanced knowledge of web protocols and services. Experience working with PHP. Experience building large-scale server applications. Desired Skills(would be a plus): Not be afraid to code across a number of languages from PHP to Java and JavaScript. Experience in developing software for distributed systems with the high performance, scalability and availability. Familiar with agile development practices. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
